Blockchain in Manufacturing? want to learn

I am an IT professional with experience in infrastructure and IT strategy and IT leadership.

I’d like to learn about how Blockchain may be applicable to manufacturing organizations, and how to practically identify use cases and create solutions - looking to identify how to help the orgaization I work for - perhaps in supply chain, perhaps in other areas…I know there is potential, and would love to learn from others who may have traveled that journey already…

Are there any good resources or discussion threads on this topic?
