Regarding the communication between the front end web app and EOS contract, you used Scatter wallet.
Can we use other wallets as well or we have to stick with Scatter wallet for all EOS projects?

most EOS wallets have their own API to connect with your dapp, for the course you will learn with scatter since is the most used wallet, but you can find more documentation about any other EOS wallet to know if they have some API to config your dapp.
Meaning, you can have multiple wallets connections on your dapp, like newdex for example…Only depends if the wallet have an API or not.
