When we talk about flaws in decentralised systems we can argue that it’s all about CONTROL.
Who has the final control, who can add and remove things, who can do all operations in CRUD and who can only do Create and Read.
In Blockchain there is no-one who has control of all operations but in central databases such as those in SQL someone has control of all the operations.
In Hyperledger there is a trade-off - in Hyperledger certificates allow people to join or leave the network - it is kind of centrally controlled but it is more decentralised than an SQL database…
When you are reasoning about centralised infrastructure versus decentralised infrastructure you can think in terms of the control scale.
