The Enjin Game Development Course is on my list but I have not started it yet. I have looked in to Enjin and signed up on Enjin Platform.
Do you have to register a game on the Enjin platform to create an Enjin based game? Is this covered in the course?

Great to see that Enjin is on your list 
. It is one of the most amazing projects in the Ethereum community and the Enjin coin itself is doing great in terms of value because it really have a use-case.
Blockchain gaming is a huge career and should be entered into ASAP.
No you don’t have to register on Enjin platform to create Enjin based games rather you only use Enjin APIs. Enjin itself is built on top of Ethereum.
