I am interested to hear recommendations for the most efficient way to fund my metamask wallet? Would you buy USDT or ETH, or some other way? I live in New Zealand and buy through a local exchange.

I use a Ledger linked to my MetaMask to perform transactions.
There are other ways to fund it, but I like the idea of keeping my crypto on a cold wallet.
