You can convert DAI into Chai money (https://chai.money/) where you accrue interest on your crypto while continuing to hold the Chai token. You can then convert the Chai into DAI at any point, including the interest accrued.

I’m unaware of anything similar for BTC or ETH, but if it exists for DAI, it likely exists for BTC and ETH (especially ETH…) as well.

If I stumble upon something, I’ll let you know.
