Welcome! The best place to start if you are new to programming is with the javascript course. You don’t need any previous knowledge in order to start the course. Later on, javascript will help you understand ETH smart contract programming, as solidity (ETH programming language) is quite simillar to it.
But if you are completely new I recommend you start with the Bitcoin 101 and Ethereum 101 course.
