Maybe in a future, at these moment we are already working on many projects but surely if polkadot get much attetion, we will probably release a course of i :).

There are some tutorials on the setup of a substrate node and writing in substrate.

I have done this on Linux and Mac (unix-like systems) but I have not touched Windows.
Feel free to ask if you run into issues. I have done a little on this, but I am sure others have even more experience.
