Token relationship between on Ether networks

Networks like Raiden. Omise Go, Quanstamp are closely related to Ethereum.
At the same time those networks have their own tokens and their own chains in the future
If am to transact fx with Raiden token, will there be some kind of gas payment to Ethereum network.
Or if OMG will use Plasma, does OMG blockchain will have to pay ETH network?
Can anyone explain?

All these projects run ontop of the ETH network and the ETH ecosystem as a whole will benefit if one of these networks becomes more succesfull
