Hi,
I have an issue with Compliance that I’m not able to create private limited company that would exist in crypto space.
There is a conflict of interest so only way how one can exist in the space is some form of anonymous private limited company.
I do not mind paying taxes I just want to do whether I want to do and not to be restricted by some authority.
Does anybody has experience with it?
Costs?
