There is a lot of news about the high price for RAM on EOS. How could I use free RAM of my computer to provide it to the block producers or other customers on the market, is it possible? Or I need to be a block producer for that?

You have to be a BP and ALL BP’s have to agree on RAM increase.
EOS does not work in the sense that anyone can add RAM to the OS. ALL BP’s must have the minimum required 64GB RAM (currently specified by the code) allocated. Some BP’s have over 128GB of RAM. Adding RAM isn’t the issue.
The BP’s and Block.One have been in talks on how to solve the RAM (speculation) issue. It isn’t a lack of RAM.
