Hi All,
As a US citizen living in Israel I am having a hard time finding an exchange to set an account with.
The combination of a US citizenship with an out of the US address / bank is not approved.
On the other hand, using another citizenship is not possible if I also have a US one.
For example, Binance US will not open without a US address, and Binance.com will not open if I also have a US citizenship.
I am sure I am not the only one as many people around the world also have a US passport.
Would love to get some tips and hope this will help many others.

Hey Gal! Try using a VPN with a US server then set up your Binance US.
Just use the address you have in your US passport for consistency and fast verification of your Binance account.
