Metamask loading tokens

Hey guys, m
Any body know why my metamask won’t load my tokens? Is there some sort of update needed?

My eth balance is yellow and has and asterisk next to it, when hovering mouse over it, I get a message saying “balance may be outdated”.

Also, in the asset tab, it just says “loading tokens…”

Any help is much appreciated.

I’ve had that occur in my Metamask when there’s a problem with my Internet. Usually if I reset my vpn to a better connection, this problem resolves itself. You don’t need an update.
